Standiford Field Car Sales came about as a result of my passion for automobiles and sales experience that stated in 1967 with Monarch Lincoln-Mercury. After a number of years with Monarch, I assisted with the establishment of Budget Car Sales, and from that experience, I created Standiford Field Car Sales in 1984 on Crittenden Drive next to the Louisville International Airport f/k/a Standiford Field Airport. With the expansion of the airport, we moved to Shelbyville Road and are now located at 12337 Shelbyville Road in Middletown. After graduating from Western Kentucky University in 1973 with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, I worked for Budget Car Sales. In 1990, I joined my brother, Paul, at Standiford Field Car Sales as Finance Manager and Sales Associate. I joined Standiford Field Car Sales in 1991 initially as a part-time sales associate. Shortly thereafter, I found that I enjoyed other facets of the business.
